As a college student, The college gymnasium will become the venue for my photos. This process is also my basic fitness process in the past year. This time I mainly showed the training process of the upper body and the chest.

(Filler 3)I don’t recommend using the gym’s fitness mat for abdominal exercise because the smell is very unpleasant, as the people in the picture, it may be more comfortable to train on the ground.
