Curry tomato stewed chicken leg
This can be a dish I have only seen recently. Although it is said that the fitness food should be kept in the most primitive state during the fitness process, such as stewed chicken breast meat, this is the most basic fitness food, but I still make some improvements in the taste.

Ingredients: 3 boneless chicken legs, 2 tomatoes, onions, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, curry powder, chili powder, sake.

Charcoal grilled ribs

Ingredients: 900g pork ribs, soy sauce, seafood sauce, cooking wine, allspice powder, sugar chili sauce, 2 cloves garlic chopped.
1. Cut the ribs into strips for use. 2, do marinade, mix soy sauce, seafood sauce, cooking wine, allspice, sugar, chili sauce and garlic in a large bowl.

Fried chicken breast with green pepper

Ingredients: chicken breast, 3-4 green peppers (not too spicy), one egg, ginger, garlic, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, pepper amount.
1.Cut the green peppers first, and the chicken breasts are also cut along the meridians. You must cut them along, otherwise the taste will be bad.
2, then the cut chicken breasts washed and drained, put an egg into it, you can make the chicken tender, then pour two spoons of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, the right amount of pepper, salt to taste, and then pour a little oil to keep The chicken is moist, marinated for 10 minutes.
3, then cut the ginger garlic, you can start to fry, hot pot pour oil, burn to 70% heat, then ginger, pour chicken, open small and medium fire to white.
4, after the chicken is fried, first remove the spare, if the pot is particularly dirty, it is best to wash the pot and then pour the green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
